Payment Considerations
Local Currency: Although prices are shown in US dollars ($USD$) for standardization purposes, payment will be made in the local currency of the country of departure, using the airline's official exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
Taxes: In certain countries, these fees may be subject to local taxes (such as VAT), which will be added to the final amount.
Connections: If the trip includes a technical stop or a connection of more than $24$ hours, the fee must be paid for each travel segment separately.
Refunds: Once the service has been paid for at the airport, it is non-refundable if the passenger decides not to travel with the pet for reasons not attributable to the airline.
How to make the payment?
Through the Website: You can add the pet service during the purchase process or in the "Manage your booking" section.
Call Center: Recommended to ensure that the pet limit per flight (maximum $5$) has not been reached.
At the Airport: Subject to availability of space on the day of the flight. It is recommended to arrive $3$ hours in advance for domestic flights and $4$ hours for international flights.
